Full Stack Dev for registration flow

I am looking for a senior Full Stack Developer with experience in PHP, MySQL, javascript, jQuery and previous work on mvc frameworks like Codeigniter. Needs to be able to work quickly and efficiently. This isn’t a project for developers just starting out. I have a simple website build with codeignitor. It needs a registration flow built to start. Users will click a button(when enabled) on the screen and it will open the first of several screens, we are thinking 3. The first screen will collect email, agree to terms, etc via checkboxes. The second screen will collect personal information. The third screen will collect images (front and back of id) with logic for a third required document based on user selection on previous screens. Each screen needs to have error handling, ensure no data is input that could compromise the database. Screens should perform well in both desktop and mobile versions. There will be future work to expand on this workflow if we find a talented developer that can produce results. Please respond with your proposal, tell us if you are a developer (vs a project manager trying to source jobs for a group of developers), and include how long your work will take and your price. If you have additional questions, please let me know. We need people committed to sticking to deadlines. Separately, if you already have an existing solution for registration (username/password) that could go before this flow, that would be ideal.
