Help Simplify My Wordpress Woes

Hi Freelancers- This project is for a completely fluent English speaker. I have spent nearly my entire development budget working with foreign firms who are good at articulating their action plan and answering my questions up until the point of implementation. My website is meant to carry out a specific function and needs to be simplified. This is not a big website, the scope is small, I have a Stockholm Wordpress theme. I want to launch the functional beta in 10-14 days maximum time.
