Help with Zapier , creating automated tasks and uitilites this cloud software

Create links using Zapier can be quite difficult We request someone to do the following tasks 1) When we get incoming lead from one email with the customers details (including name , contact number and email), we need to send an automated question sheet (already created) to the customers email from out company email. In addition we want to link the email to a mobile application so an automated text message will be sent to the customers phone they gave in the lead form. 2) we want to pgroamme a zap that allows for certain emails to be sent to the new manager from the owners email.
