Install laravel with composer and blade 10 pages

We are developing a SaaS system to deploy to medical practices to provide telemedicine to their existing patients. Currently, we are building in phases until we find the right developer who we feel is efficient. The core base will be built using the latest version of Laravel and composer. The design is based on a template already created for better efficiency and development. The back-end will be built using SQL run with HIPAA cloud servers. Phase 1: will only be a quick deployment of a base system to allow the office to get up and running quickly. We will then begin a larger scale version with more features and plugins after upgrades. You will also find attached screenshots from the Patient side and Doctor side. This will be a great start to get the core system built. We can then add in the chat APIs and Video platform from [login to view URL] to enable patients and doctors to message and exchange information and hold a video telehealth conference or audio call within the platform. We are currently only looking for someone to install composer and laravel based on best practices for global use and security in mind. Then blade 10 pages of the temple according to our file structure that will be given in deliverables. We are currently looking for someone to start today and work to complete this phase of the project. The total time to complete this should not be more than 6-8 hours and will be paid on a flat rate.
