Integrate website into Wordpress and code order forms

Hello, This project is to integrate an existing website html and php order+contact forms into wordpress to make it editable through wordpress. The forms are not coded so you should code them in PHP before integrating them. Requirements: - Ability to change Product names and prices, categories list and country list in order forms - Ability to change Titles of every page - Ability to change the Metatags (Description tag, title tag, keywords tag, robots tag, language tag) for every page - Ability to edit/change the Paypal email address to which the order forms redirect the payments - Ability to add a javasript code to any page. i.e. to add a third party live chat script for example. - Register every order details in database and give access to admin - Ability to easily edit text part of the website - Ability to edit the top and bottom menu including site name and year. - Ability to edit category list, domain list, country list of the services sold. - Ability to edit logo image and phone number displayed in header on all pages - Register and manage orders submitted and contact us form submitted in database accessible through wordpress. - Ability to upload a new header image through wordpress or restore default image. Make sure to make a config file where I could specify the database user, pass and move the script easily when I need. The website owner will have access to this through wordpress only. The website's existing pages and order forms and contact us form should be customizable through wordpress. - order forms and contact us forms should be sent to admin by email to predefined email address and also stored in database Thanks
