Integrating a theme in the gibbon open source php system

Hello, We are using Gibbon [login to view URL] (open source php project) which have a default theme(image1); What I want is to integrate another theme i purchased (image2, [login to view URL]) into gibbon to achieve 3 goals (be sure to downlaod the gibbon system from the given site, and the theme I want is for the gibbon system which you download form the site, and not the webite [login to view URL] itself, be sure from that 3 times before bid). The system is powerful but the themse is old-fashion and the way the interface is structured is both boring and complicated: 1- Make the design stylish, professional, elegant and creative. 2- Change it's structure and skin so if someone know the original theme he dont recognise the system from the new theme (Simply because we don't want a design that is basically a casual customisation of the original). 3- Make it responsive You have to deliver the project: 1- Bug free. 2- Integrated and applied on gibbon, so when applying it to the system, I have to see the gibbon working fully functional on the new theme, and not just delivering an html theme Payment terms: 1- I will only release money if the project is delivered IN TIME and meet all above conditions. 2- I will not pay for non 100% completed project. 3- I will not accept half or pieces of the project, either the full project and IN TIME or nothing.
