Interactive comprehensive on-line application form for Australian mortgage broker and other website related tasks

We are an Australian Mortgage broker. We are currently in the process of designing our interactive website were customers can apply online with an interactive online application form with CRM. Website spec: - Wordpress using X theme, development to be done on child theme (website address to be provided to the winning bid so that you have an idea of the look and feel of the site. - single page navigation. - We will be responsible for the design and setup of the website. We will work closely together to complete the project. What we need Freelancer to do: - Build the interactive application form, we will provide you with the questions and pseudo code for the application form. checkout the application form on [login to view URL] for preference. - CRM to store customer applications and to allow for resuming of application , application status tracking (customer log into the website to find out what stage their application is at. - Data collected from application from to be processed through a serviceability assessment to provide indicative approval.( we will work together to design this), formula for serviceability calculator to be provided. - Latest offers from our lender section which pull data from our brokerage software vis API. We'll discuss this further with the winning contractor. - Calculator tools such as loan repayment calculator, how much i can borrow, stamp duty calculator etc. Bidding terms: - Freelancer to provide proposal that 1) they understand what we want to achieve 2) have the capability to complete the project 3) finish in the agree time - We are flexible with payment schedules but no payment will be made until we at least see a demo. We previously hired a freelancer and made the mistake of a prepayment and no work was done by the freelancer. We ended up abandoning the project. Note: All customer interactions is to be loaded into a section of the website. ie the customer do not leave the main page.
