Interactive website with online designing tool for English/Arabic business card

I would like to make an interactive and dynamic website which will provide an online form/designing tool to the registered users to fill in the details in the text boxes to make a dual language (English/Arabic) business card. The user will come on the website to register, fill in the details in a template designed by admin to make his business card and place the order.
