Intergalactic radio codes - open to bidding

I would like to be presenting my somewhat daring project coming from the hands of a layman of physics and astrophysics, in which the main purpose would be to send radio waves to space, through a satellite placed in a strategic place above our atmosphere, but it would not be a simple radio signal. It would be a more refined and powerful signal generated by solar radiation captured by the satellite, in which the same anger through mechanisms manipulate this laser beam created from solar radiation, this beam with very light atomic structure suffered impulses capable of gaining speed above light. These impulses generated by nanometric technology of large scale, that had created a grip in this beam able to be manipulavel to the point of gaining speed.
