K2 item extra tab

I require someone to make a custom extension for K2 for a special project I am working on. Essentially what I need is an additional tab in the K2 item, next to extra fields, attachments, etc, called "Collections". In that tab, I want to have the ability to click a + button to add a collection, and within each collection I want to have a + icon to add an element. Each element needs only 3 text fields called "Link", "Title", "Description". To be clear, I want to be able to add as many collections as I want, and within each collection, to be able to add as many elements as I want. I also need these text fields exposed in the JSON file generated by obRSS. We also need to be able to create a new collection from folder of images that is already on the CMS. If this is selected, an element will be automatically created for each image in the folder, the link will be filled in automatically, and then we will fill in the title and description. Also, depending on how much it will cost, we would like a "Create from upload" button that we would be able to select a folder on a computer, It will upload all the images on the CMS and create elements in a collection by filling in the links with the image links. Then we could fill in the title and description. This needs to work with the CMS folder permissions of course. Finally we would like a reorder button on each element to be able to change the order. For example if we have element 1, 2 and 3 in a collection, press a button and make element 2 become element 1 and so on. The JSON example is just an example, it does not need to be like that exactly but we need it to be clear enough so that it can be parsed easily.
