We guys have 4 to 6 yr of experience in linux. we will resolve the issue and will also gonna provide 2 days grace time if issue repeats then will gonna fix it

I hope you have linux file and print services installed on Windows Client. But why you may want print via remote session(server). I recommend configure Samba/Cups on Linux Server and try a few other things as well to make ensure it works intended way.
