Log Monitor from webpage/browser And Dashboard

Hi, create Tool/Webpage/software that has to monitor the server logs, Example We have 10 servers in LAB and test is running in all the servers, once the test is completed, it will upload into one common repository folder, logs look like [login to view URL], server2.log...etc server 1500, ...Now I have to save this logs in data base and i want to filter and also monitor the server like if server is stuck means it has to report and in log files we have to filter by error , by date , by name these strings i can provide, create search option and if i give string name it should check in entire data base, if string is available means log name and path should be show if i click that log has to open, if string not available mean doesn't exist should display ....and Dashboard should be created and it has to show how many errors and warning like past 2 days and 1 week and month ,6months and 1 year and Total ....
