Long- term job with flexible hours. Podio/Globiflow Expert Needed

Looking for a programmer who is experienced with Podio and Globiflow. This is a long-term, part - time position with the capability of becoming full-time. The Concept: The Collective is a Real Estate Investment Start-up that is changing the game in the investment community. Our Market: We work in accord with buyers, sellers, other investors, vendors and a talented group of individuals on our team. The right hire for our team: We are in search of a programmer who can take us the next level. Experience in Podio and Globiflow is a must. Having a can do, solutions-oriented mindset is a must. The Job: Help the CEO create an automated system using Podio Globiflow and other programs including the ones listed below. You DO NOT have to have experience in all of these programs. Communication will be daily with the CEO for 1-2 hours maximum via Slack and possibly Skype. The hours will be from 11pm - 12pm CST, nightly. The tasks will be assigned at this time and the work is to be completed within 24 hours. The goal: The goal is to create a real estate investing business that is automated with minimal day to day management. Below are some of the tasks. - Automated lead generation using Zapier, Craiglist, IFTTT and other programs - Create phone system - able to link phone numbers to campaigns on autopilot (able to manage call forwarding, text, etc) - Create automated text follow up - Link social media accounts - Set up autoresponders for automated email follow up - Import Leads from Google Docs - Create program within Podio to provide Analytics (KPI's) EXAMPLES WILL BE PROVIDED FOR ALL TASKS LISTED ABOVE
