Loyalty Program Mobile Application for SMB

1. Primary need - we want to have a digital VIP card that can be displayed on the phone. Loyalty Program Management App for SMB We plan to have about 500 VIP members, who buy membership on an annual basis, and receive 15% off all checks at all times at our Restaurant (as well as a few other perks like invitations to exclusive open bar appreciation events, discounts or free tickets for our ticketed and special events, no hassle at door or skip the line, etc) If our app achieved only the function of having a digital VIP card that can be displayed on the phone, then it would be a success. Other items are wants but not needs. Here is what this first requirement would involve: •Username / login. If we can link with Facebook /Google API (ie login with FB / google) and then have a create username with email option for people that don't want to link, that would be ideal. Esp. FB because then it could auto load info, verify the person, get image, etc. If that is too difficult, we can use a username / password function. Security for this app should be very low, so low pw requirements, easy to request lost password (like with a security question), and a way to request lost username and password that is automated so we don't have to answer a ton of requests for this. •We want the VIP card to then display a QR code that we can scan into our system to the POS's built-in loyalty function. This will allow us to apply the VIP discount, but limit it so that staff can't exploit say just a button by using it on people without cards. It will also help us track data (we were previously using swiped vip cards but people kept loosing them etc, they always have their phones and doesn't require physical / mailed / in person distribution). •The page with the QR code should have a header (VIP etc), logo, the QR code large, and a small photo of the person with their name, so the bartender can make sure it matches the person holding the phone (ie to prevent people screenshotting it and passing to their friends etc). •There needs to be an option under setting to take a photo / upload a photo (even if FB photo is imported for people using that option if we have it). •apple store and google play versions •If we can disable screenshots on that page with the QR code that would be cool (don't think this is possible though?) •Would be nice if the QR code could change regularly for each person, but unfortunately I don't think that would be possible since I believe each code has to link to a static 4 digit number that is their loyalty account on our POS. •**on our end we have to figure out how to link the QR code with the built-in loyalty function (for discounts and spending tracking),. •invitation only/payment - this seems like the most complex part...we will be vetting VIP members so we don't want anyone to be able to get this app. Also, we will be selling memberships. I assume we would have to make people purchase this in advance outside of the app anyway in order to avoid the 30% apple store fee...So I'm guessing the process will have to be 1. get link to our website with an e-commerce store with password or unique one use link/code, 2. purchase through our website e-commerce (paypal store front etc), 3. get emailed a unique authorization code 4. use that code to download app or to access features in the app once its downloaded (? does the code expire if they need to re-download app or get a new phone, can they request a new code, would they just email in to get a new one and we can manually do it, which seems reasonable as long as we have back-end access)..., can we automate that process so that when they pay, the e-commerce communicates with the app and also auto-generates an email with a unique code...? •ability to export info (ie to csv, so we can use for email marketing etc)
