Hi, The best way to move data from 1.9 to 2 is to perform migration on a "Staging/Test/PreProd" server and then move the db to the new server using phpmyadmin tool. I can migrate from 1.9 to 2.0 on my own VPS server and/or can use your 1.9 server with a test domain and then once upgrade is finished successfully then we can export/import that DB to a fresh Magento 2 database. Is DB on same server where magento 2 installed? I need ssh details so that I can deploy content after migrate. Without deployment and re-index, customer will not show on magento 2 backend. ** For migration, we need fresh magento 2 installation.
