I read your post , your version of magento 1.7 and you upgrade in 1.9, so not register customer and login also. I have 6 yours of experience in magento , i check this type of issue in past. That is form key issue , magento 1.7 not use form key grater then 1.8 using form key. It will take 1 to 2 hours For admin panel customer no dont see , we need to check what is issue. I hope yoyu give me chance to fix this issue. Thanks
