Minimally Functional (MVP) Comparison Website/Webapp

I'm looking for a full-stack dev with startup experience to create a minimally functional (MVP) web-app comparing various resorts. The site will function like a very stripped down version of [login to view URL] I'm thinking it could be front end-react and backend node.js but I'm open to any stack that helps you build something stable quickly. The main features are as follows: User Facing: -The ability for users to create an account and edit their profile -Users can compare resorts they specify in a table that auto-populates pre-populated data (See [login to view URL] -The ability for users to add a resort not currently featured and fill all fields -The ability for users to add comments to any entry -The ability for users to edit any entry and submit for change -The ability for users to save their comparisons tables in their account -The ability for users to create a public sharable link to their comparison tables -The ability for users to name, delete, and edit their "boards" Admin Backend -Admin to see submitted changes and approve -Admin can add and edit resorts -Admin can edit any criteria -Admin can edit copy web text components -Admin can upload a single pic for each resort Wireframes and mockups for major interactions will be provided but I'm looking for someone who has an eye for good front-end design and can ensure that everything has a polished aesthetic and/or can copy the general UI elements of [login to view URL] I've uploaded 2 mockups which show the 2 main search and table functionalities. All data, copy, and images will be provided also. Please provide me with samples of similar projects you've build for startups. Also, please provide me with an estimated number of hours you would need to build this outlining any major assumptions (A rough range is fine) Have you built an MVP or validation stage product before?
