mobile app fix connection between ionic framework app and web app end

We are a development company and outsource some work. We have a client with an app done using the ionic framework, with Android and IOs versions and a web app to manage the app data done in PHP. It is a simple app, you can install it by searching for T T R W in either app store. There are various fixes and changes to be done and you will get these to do if performance is very good on this initial task. We will provide the Ionic source code and access to the web app. The web app is used to manage the data in the mobile app. When you click on Restaurants a list suppose to be displayed, this does not happen. We have been told that the feed needs to be cleared on the web app end. Required: - setup this using the source code we will provide and check why information is not being displayed for the list of restaurants - give a cost to fix the issue - NOTE: this project is not for you to make changes or fix anything, it is to determine what the problem is and give a cost to fix it. We will be selecting more than one freelancer for this project to get a fair cost to fix. We will provide: - images of what the list page should look like - the Ionic source code and the access to the hosting account with the web app
