modulo en odoo para comparacion de precios

Necesito la construccion de un modulo para odoo 11 , dentro del modulo de compras, que tenga un menu item que acceda a un wizard , en este wizard, que tendrpa una cabecera y un detalle, en la cabecera estará la fecha , fecha prevista de recepción global , direccion de entrega.

el detalle contendra codigo de producto, descripcion, cantidad, fecha prevista de recepcion (si no se ingresa toma la de la cabecera). Luego con un boton en el form ("comparar"), por cada producto ira a revisar cada lista de precios de proveedor (vendor pricelist) para ese producto y encontrará el de menor precio y que esté entre la cantidad minima y maxima de ese producto para ese proveedor en la pricelist.

Luego generará tantas ordenes de compra como proveedores tenga que tengan el menor precio, así por ejemplo : tengo 10 productos, los tres primeros tienen el menor precio con el proveedor A, los tres segundos tienen el menor precio con el proveedor B y los 4 ultimos tienen el menor precio con el proveedor C, entonces el sistema debe generar tres ordenes de compra en estado borrador , una para cada proveedor, la primera con los 3 primeros, la segunda con los 3 segundos, y la tercera con los ultimos cuatro. Si no se encuentra un match con el menor precio o entre el rango de minimos y maximos, entonces se creaara una orden de compra en estado borrador a un proveedor dummy, el cual estará definido como system parameter , en la que se indicará su DNI/RUT.
