MySQL - convert mixed DBs/tables from Latin1 to UTF-8

Have no time to do this myself - prefer someone else to help and make a few bucks so I can work on all this other stuff, stacked-up and waiting. Idiot who worked on this project before plastered UTF-8 langauge characters into Latin 1 and resulted in a bunch of nonsense. Need these mixed format DBs/tables converted to UTF-8 and the proper characters displayed. If you know what you're doing, shouldn't take more than an hour... 15 minutes for a True MySQL expert :) Additional details will be shared with qualified candidates. No brokers. No middle-men. No teams. Whoever is awarded this project will the person doing the work. There will be No escrow/milestone payments. Payment will be made 5 days after the work is delivered, direct. Need those 5 days to make certain all is correct and allow for proper testing and confirmation prior to payment. This is the only way I work and will not work any other way.
