Need An Auction/Bid Type Site --

PLEASE READ ENTIRE POST. RESPONSES OR BIDS THAT DO NOT RELATE TO THE PROJECT WILL BE IGNORED AS WILL BIDS WITHOUT PROPOSALS. Looking for someone to create a bidding/auction site. Details provided to winning bidder/freelancer. We own the associated domain. The site will need to be created from beginning to getting it actually up and running for the public. Completion of the project MUST include getting it up and running onto a server (AWS or something equal) so that it is ready for public use. Should be compatible on all devices including PC's and Mobile (Both Android and iPhone). You must be able to incorporate a maximum amount of security/encryption for public safety and this must conform with USA standards/requirements. You must be able to integrate payment gateway. (PayPal will probably be acceptable). You must provide all source code, files, design work, logo, etc upon completion of project so that we may keep it for future work. You must agree to NOT use our design, templates, code, themes, etc or duplicate this work for future projects other than this project in particular. As always, we will NEVER under ANY circumstances pay for ANY project upfront. We WILL be happy to pay milestones as we go. SO; Please-- If you're one of those who are looking for upfront money please do not even respond as we have been burned one time too many by people who never produce or show any work after getting paid on here and just will not work that way anymore.
