The requirements for this project were written in chinese !.
So, freelancer who can understand the words written in chinese can carry out this project.
I attached the doc and sql files for a project.
When I talk about it, you simply add functionality to sql file according to the requirements.
Finally, I need full backend including php and sql for App.
Also I need admin page for App.
