I need a basic ERP for a service based business (POS,CRM,HR)

I need an ERP with 3 hybrid mobile apps (android & iOS) Ionic and a back-end dashboard for a service based business. Apps will be developed with IONIC with sleek and modern UI. back-end dashboard could be a separate app as well. Need it fast so give me ideas and bid, only professionals with history of such projects. Labour Performance App: This app will be like a KDS that will display all the running services with targeted time and actual time, it will run a countdown and record the time and send back to the database connecting to the labour's profile.
