We have been into IT since 1994 but now specialize in streaming, vod, mass mailing, VoIP and IoT. Your budget is too low for this kind of project. If you can afford, we can get this done for you. Please be advised you will also need a VPS/server to process the streams and host your website. It will not work on a shared $2 a month server.
