I can make a web api service (only backend api without ui). But only php is not best solution for this stuation. .net perform better on this project . asp.net core mssql rabbitqm mongodb technologies best combine for this project. Also i am not sure these websites protecting by cloudflare or firewall . If they are you need proxies for each connection. I need more detail for project
