We need help to fix issues on existing wprentals.org project

I need very quick help. We have a airbnb clone with wprentals theme for Czech Republic. But we can not start, because the freelancer did a lot of issues there. So we need to fix this issues. Also we need a nice theme for this project. Czech language must be the main language, than german and english. We want to use wpml plugin. Issues: - The biggest issue is, that if you make new property in czech language than you can pay this but not edit the rest like prices, photos ect. Here there must be add by manuell coding seperate field for german and english title and description for property, so owners can translate title and description by himself in frontend. - Also you don’t see this property in other languages. The text for cockies must be changed into other text in czech, german, english. - Also we need help to translate emails from english to czech. - The newsletter subscribe field should be designed better. Not nice in moment. Here we need also a link for privacy law text. Also there we need help to can translate this into german and english. - We need also after finishing of this project 3 month minimum support. Please only fix price offers!!! We had really bad experience.
