I need a .net programmer

I need a .net programmer who can help me build an app/module inside my wordpress site that can build travel packages. I need the programmer to be expert in .net. Also the job to be done in no more than 2 weeks. Right now we have build one app that does the following. 1- send xls file to app 2- app generate a list of package 3- in list each row call api so if there are 8000 packages to be generated, api will be called 8000 times 4- now each api will call a scraper, so 8000 scraping calls will be done 5- 8000 calls will be send to db to save it. Solution: 1- instead of first step, file should be upload to server 2- package list will be generated on server side, instead of app side 3- now 8000 calls to api will be skipped 4- 8000 times scraper will be called 5- instead of making 8000 calls to db, create a sql file and import it using single query. So 8000 query will be converted to single query.
