Need a programmer to code XML over Http

I am looking for someone to program XML over HTTP so our website can speak to our Car rental software when people are looking to book cars on the web. Here is a brief discussion before the code is provided: TSD, Inc uses an Active Server Page script which a client’s web-site site uses to post XML over http. Our connection and messaging processes are explained in a simple question and answer format as follows: • Every transmission has a message wrapper, a participant section, and a message section in the Active Server Page. The XML request is posted to: [login to view URL]******[login to view URL] • The Active Server Page receives the XML from the client web-site (the question), processes the request and sends the answer via [login to view URL] through the Active Server Page to the calling function on the client side. • Example: To retrieve a list of valid locations, the client posts XML to our WebLink server) with "REQLOC" in the MessageID element (the question). o TSD sends back an XML doc with MessageID set to "RSPLOC" (the answer) with a "payload" of all the location information for that customer. o No web service, no VB.Net... just an Active Server Page script to receive the XML from the client and send back the response. I have been provided with all the code to do the project and I know that Visual Studio is used to make the reservation pane on the website. I am not looking for a website, but an I- frame for a website that I will design myself.
