So the script will communicate with FTP daily or as per the scheduling told you and then the csv file will be updated. Finally you want to upload also same updated file? What are those conditions to remove particular rows? Can I use php for the script?

Hi i have over 12 years experience in php, mysql, ajax, scraping generating, csvs, pdfs etc.. So your current script ready all csvs and than generates txt file ? and now you have specific set of values if it contains in any row than that should not be append to text file ? Also i have question how those csvs are generated currently are you putting manually there ? Lets discuss more
