Need simple bug fixes for Android App

I have a streaming app (it streams audio from a url) The app is fully developed, I need simple things added to it: 1) Fix: stream will stop playing after a period of time, I want it to play continuous 2) Fix: volume when increased all the way high, will decrease after a period of time (i want it to stay at the same level volume all the time, whatever the user sets) 3) Add: Push notifications on the app, and build a php page to where i can type text into a box, and it will send that message to the users apps 4) Fix: when user is logging in, the login screen just keeps spinning as if its logging in, while music starts playing right away, this login message needs to go away 5) Fix: when a user does one of the following: closes the app, pauses the music stream it will need to log the user out on the mysql database, then when they open the app or click the play button to resume the stream, it creates another entry that the user is back online. (Currently it doesnt log the user out in the database, it only logs them in when they open the app) Database is already developed. 6) Fix make the php page that the user goes to make a request mobile friendly. (Currently it is not mobile friendly and is too small in the browser) I have attached the entire master source code for this app, along with accompanied pages that link to our database from the back end.
