Need a Zoho specialist & WordPress for automatic data sync OR creating custom CRM-ERP.

I need someone experienced with Zoho and WordPress Let me explain you the situation: I'm looking for someone that could automaticity linked data uploaded into WordPress into Zoho We are a roofing & exterior business that are required to provide multiple type of forms to our prospective, clients & sub-contractors working for us such as; Proposal, Contract, Work Order, Purchase Order, Invoice, Sale Receipt etc. We are using a custom template with custom stationary for all of those listed. Since most of CRM software doesn't allow us to do such things, we are using WordPress to create those documents and save them into a windows folder files. Here's our current way to work when a prospective contact us to receive a free quote: 1- Open a client file in a windows folder linked to OneDrive 2- Enter the prospective information (job address & contact) into a spreadsheet. (This also spreadsheet contains formula used to quote different products option for different type of services) 3- Upload xls. (spreadsheet) into Zoho to used CRM functions. 4- Upload spreadsheet into WordPress system which generate all type of forms required. From then, we can change certain field when needed and update it to generate forms. So, this system worked well for a while but we are growing and this is now time demanding. I was at first looking for someone that could set-up Zoho so everything we upload into WordPress, Zoho would sync automatically. Perhaps we should also create a new custom CRM-EPR but we don't think we would have the budget to do so. We don't know what to expect. Let me know if anyone can help. Thanks,
