Nginx proxy cache and secure link for mp4 videos.

I have a video website that uses [login to view URL] s3 as its backend storage. My website uploads the mp4 video via FTP to [login to view URL] s3 storage
I want to put a nginx caching server infront of it wasabi s3 that fetches the video from the wasabi s3 backend.
I also want a secure link generated uniquely everytime a user watches the video and the link expires in a certain time. That needs nginx secure link config to be made and php code for my website.
If you are expert on nginx and know some php, this project should be easy for you.
