NOW- Spreadsheet application to track link exchanges

Hi there, I need a very simple spreadsheet application or tracking sheet where multiple users can enter their sites. Everyone can see what is entered but not edit other people's entries. Can this be done with Google sheets or something similar? Users need to be able to add to the shared sheet: Domain names It should show their name/email too so other users can contact them to trade links The sheet should also be able to track what sites within the sheet have linked to each other, i.e. Site 1A links to site 2C, etc. Lastly, there needs to be a point tracker where when someone places a link to another users site within the sheet, they get a point (or credit). This way users can post a link to someone elses site, get a point, and then use that point to get links from another user. Effectively allowing all users to have a "currency" where they can trade links without directly trading them. The goal is discouraging users from linking directly back and forth. It's better to link in more complex ways, 3 ways, etc. than it is to just have both site A and site B linking back and forth to each other. Please put the word TRACKER in your bid if you understand a bit of what this project is about and you have some ideas on how to accomplish it. I want this just a simple sheet or application to start.
