One page joomla website that allows clients to update entire site on frontpage

I need a one page joomla website that on login will allow client to update every aspect of the site. The client should be able to change a slider that will be on the frontpage.
When the frontpage slider image is change the image will either be size will either be updated automatically or the image size will be rejected based on user upload. Similar to facebook cover page.
An appointment book module should be added for clients to be able to book appointments.
