Online Coaching Website Required

Basically I need an online coaching portal. I don't mind if you use any Wordpress theme and configure it. Student registration and membership required with selection of course plan. Accept payment as per the plan choose by student. CONTENT It would be just in the form of text and videos. Text: Should be displayed to user but he should not be allowed to copy text. Video: Video Player and Interface required where ADMIN can upload videos. Notification: Option for ADMIN to send notification to students individual or multiple users. Membership period should be time bounded Transcripts: Interface is required where we can upload a an audio clip and its text transcripts then on clicking button user can view the transcript of this audio as well if he can't listen. Last content is designing TESTS Option for ADMIN to design Practice Tests TEST A 1) A small audio clip will be played by the system. ( Should be option to upload audio by ADMIN while designing test) 2) A Waiting Timer countdown will appear on screen after audio is completed ( Seconds should be set by ADMIN for every test) 3) Now Audio Recording will start after the timer finishes and student will record his answer ( Student can listen, Edit, Download this audio answer he given) 4) Next audio will appear now and student will record answer as same process would be a loop. 5) In the entire test user can repeat any audio once. If 10 recordings and he repeated recording 5th so no more chance. Only one recording can be repeated. Each test can have 6-10 Audios generally and corresponding 6-10 Audio Answers to be recorded. For every dialogue recorded there should be an option to mark scores by the teacher at backend for all recordings made my student. This will be mailed to student as his score after teacher marks his exam.
