ONLINE LEARNING AND EXAMINATION PORTAL

We require to create a learning portal wherein students can login for accessing study materials (including video lessons, mostly embedded through YouTube) and take online practice tests/quizzes. The courses have to be linked to a payment gateway wherein students can purchase our courses online and get access to the same once the purchase is over. The student should be able to download his/her historical data like previously taken tests, question papers, test results, and result analytics. We on the other hand require an admin panel for handling student data, payment data, student test results, average time the student has taken to answer a question, and other parameters which we would discuss in detail once the project is finalized. We would be providing the domain and hosting and you will need to develop on our platform. Also we would like you to develop an offline software for the tests to be taken on a standalone PC without the need for an internet connection. It would be better to provide different quotes for both requirements (online and offline software requirements) in order for us to judge better.
