Work is from your home and we currently have a Team of about 30 persons: 5 full time in the USA, 20 full time Sales Marketing Support staff in the Philippines & 5 full time Php programmers from India. We are looking to grow our team and start developing new SaaS Enterprise solutions. Most of our Team have worked with us from home for the past 6 years. We are normally in the Philippines (Makati-Manila) and in India twice a year Jan/Feb & Sep). If our collaboration with you is successful and you are close we may be interested in working with you locally for a week or so on the site (all expenses paid plus bonus) while we are near you. All other times you can of course work from home. We are looking to create a long term business relationships with developers who are fluent in English and with Internet experience. We have over 300+ domains that we are developing. You are coming in on ground floor and you can grow with our company. If there is no employee time tracking with screenshot monitoring built in at this freelance site, then and for quality work evaluation we use Hubstaff which is time management software that you install and run on your computer during work hours (and we do not allow auto click/auto scroll/auto rotating software).
