Optimise mysql server to respond more queries continuously

I am a certified SQL Server database administrator and I'm looking to serve all of your SQL Server database needs. I have been developing web sites, applications and mobile applications based on the perfect skills and experiences of SQL database. I am familiar with queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers so confident to do everything related with SQL database. I've built many LAMP servers running MySQL, MariaDB and Percona running on different platforms (Windows, BSD, Linux). Need not worry about the front-end i can make it work with best back-end, porting and patching to the database. I've designed, developed, and implemented SQL queries under MS SQL Server, MySQL, and Oracle using T-SQL and PL/SQL.
