Unfortunately the message is not enough for me to determine what is actually causing your issue but I've worked with numerous servers before and I should be able to determine what is causing it and if it can be fixed. These issues all depend on the scripts running, how much traffic you are receiving and how many websites you are running on the same account. All these factors are critical in determining a solution to the problem. If you're looking for a quick fix, it's possible that heading towards a VPS is going to be safer BUT I would need to do some analysis first. You may have to give up cPanel since the cost for cPanel on a VPS is about 15.00 USD per month which might be outside of your budget. Do you only have cPanel access to your server or does your provider also allow you SSH/terminal? Would you be able to discuss with me in more details what exactly is happening, why you contacted your server, how/when/where you have errors? As it stands my bid is currently very simple. One milestone to figure out what's broken, and one milestone to fix it. I have them separate because for the simple reason that fixing the issue may be completely unfeasible given your server resources, the time, and your budget. Note that typically problems *can* be solved. There are many things that can be done, fixes, hacks, recoding, etc...
