- cross platform (android/win/mac) - cloud mysql - access via browser/PHP - optimized for multi device use (WinPC or Android tablets sometimes even smartphone) - start screen with user login (name/password or fingerprint if supported by device) 1 = customer registration incl. acceptance of DSGVO etc. 2 = select sort of job 3 = specify details in incl. review/completion dates 4 = calculate print costs (partialy from database table with products and costs per piece (XLS/CSV import) plus optionally via "free values" i.e. checkbox activates field for description + field for price == incl. in calculation + meanwhile the system protocols who/when accepted the order + job details are send via email to the customer or printed locally for order management 5 = payment prep (all details and calculation are printed for payment on cash register) incl. invoice numder and other necessary details optional: interface for PayPal, Klarna, etc. - analysis menu: current orders by prod. type/machines used/completion date etc. incl. print layouts - who is in charge of the individual job (switch responsibilty with "give vs. accept system" - the recepient has to "accept" the responsibility) - optional: interface for accounting (WISO Unternehmer professional)
