Paypal API Developer PHP

I need working Paypal payment for my site.

- desired solution = payment-button accept payments, webhook accept payment notifications and validates them

- I have to send ORDER_ID

- Here is the button starting payment -> [login to view URL]

- it alerts message PAYMENT SUCCESSFUL and redirect the user to login page

- webhook reads Paypal answer and autorises the order ORDER_ID in mySQL DB

- if this scheme is not acceptable for my case - offer me a solution ( submit a web form)

details:

- All files have to be created from developer (you) in php .

- payment = paypal account and cards

-- card payment

--- attached cards to paypal account AND Guest billings (without attached card)

--- to ask for minimum input data ( only cards data without customers data is perfect)

- I am selling membership - no shipping address or downloads are needed

- types of payments to be accepted: one time, recurring

- webhook are for payments made (one time, recurring) and rized disputes
