3CX PBX API

I have a PAID subscription of the 3CX PBX (open source) in Linux Debian V15.5 Documentation: [login to view URL] Download Link: [login to view URL] 1. I am looking to build an SMS API so we can send and receive SMS from our online softphone. 2. In the Administration Panel of 3CX, when we make a phone call the call is automatically recorded. I would like to create a feature where the recording is automatically uploaded to my OPEN SOURCE CRM (third party software) 3. When customers call on the softphone, I would like an API to auto-load the customer's details/profile on our 3rd party website. If the PHONE CALLER is already in our database as a LEAD or a Customer, and if the PHONE CALLER does not have a Profile in our database then one will be auto Generated LIVE and ADMIN can either continue to edit the rest of the profile details with the PHONE CALLER and SAVE it, adding them to our Database or Admin can NOT-SAVE/ Delete.
