Petitions website using Wordpress

Create a petitions site using Wordpress which will be similar to [login to view URL] in features but will offer somewhat differentiated user experience. IMPORTANT: You may want to log into [login to view URL] and try to create / edit a petition and view the dashboard to get an idea about the features before responding. Key features: 1. Login / Register + social login with FB + Google ( capture emails in database ) 2. Create / Edit a petition from Front end - including tags. ( custom url paths eg. /petition/new and petition/update/:petition_id - Save as draft while in progress - Attach image / media / slide show / tags / category - Submit for a review and approval by site moderator - Users with approved petitions in the past can publish future petitions without approval - Share the created petition on social platforms e.g as FB post / Twitter card etc. - EMAIL to friends: Allow import of friends from your gmail / yahoo / outlook etc and email the petition link to them with a message and save emails as user's contacts in the Database for future use ( Nice to have but optional if too complex , alternatively can use a paid plugin for this part if there's one that serves the purpose) 3. Signing of Petitions by other users: - User must create an account to sign the petition using FB / Gooogle+ or email. - Capture email/ID and IP of user who signs the petition ( will confirm later on the need to capture IP) - send thank you email to user who signs petition and encourage them to share socially by displaying a landing page with social share buttons / emailing their contacts etc. - Users can choose to display their signature / name etc or not. - Users can comment on the petition ( only those users who signed that particular petition) 4. Dashboard - - Shows created and signed petitions with links to those and ability to edit / manage 5. Post Updates to petitions: User can post updates to their petitions --> this will trigger emails to supporters of the petition if so desired ( checkbox) 6. Registered Users can Report ( Flag) a petition for a couple of reasons e.g Sexual or Racial content etc. Site moderators can view and take action as needed ( unpublish / send a message to petition owner ) 7. Petition owner can mark the petition closed - and mark as SUCCESS or some other status. 8. [login to view URL] integration for transactional emails and newsletters (Important) 9. Basic SEO of course. Additional specifics / mock ups will be shared as needed. That's pretty much it. Phase 2 - will involve creating an app using REST API - so make sure design supports that :) Important: ------------ PLEASE NOTE: Expecting a FRONT END app with custom paths / routing / forms as the need be.
