PHP CodeIgniter Website - Make it work

Hello. I need an experienced PHP developer to help make my website (and several others afterwards) work. The website was in perfect working shape, last time I had it online (some 2 years ago). Most probably it needs some minor tweaks here and there, due to syntax deprecation that happens over time. I uploaded the website source files on my hosting account, where I will give you FTP access. After some mysql-to-mysqli fixes (which I thought to be all that it took for my website to work), I've been told, by another programmer I've hired through Freelancer, that my server MIGHT not be able to handle this query : SELECT SQL_CALC_FOUND_ROWS [login to view URL] FROM pictures INNER JOIN tags_pictures_map ON tags_pictures_map.picture_id = [login to view URL] INNER JOIN tags ON tags_pictures_map.tag_id = [login to view URL] INNER JOIN authors ON [login to view URL] = [login to view URL] WHERE [login to view URL] = 1 AND [login to view URL] > 0 GROUP BY [login to view URL] ORDER BY [login to view URL] DESC While this could be true, I somehow doubt it, since my database only contains 4 rows and a max of 2,500 records. This is where I need a professional opinion, since I don't want to upgrade my hosting unless I have to. Please apply for this project ONLY if you are an expert programmer. I am looking for someone I can rely on in terms of programming skills, since my focus is on Project Management / Web Design (I only know some basic programming). If you prove yourself, I will work exclusively with you, for all my future programming needs. Thank you for your time.
