php expert needed -- Customized email order confirmation

Our current Inventory Management software is written in php and mySQL. We need to add a new feature. When an order is entered into our system, we would like to send these 2 emails to the customer: -- When an order is received, we want to automatically generate an email and send this email to the customer. This is an order confirmation email that confirms the products ordered. The email will display customer ship to and Bill to addresses, the customer purchase order number, the product part number, description, quantity ordered, individual pricing, total amount. -- When the order has been shipped, another email will be generated and sent to the customer. The email will inform the customer the order was shipped. The email will display the customer information, ship to and Bill to addresses, purchase order number, product part number, description, quantity shipped, quantity back ordered, pricing, and grand total amount. Also, the Fedex or UPS or DHL tracking number. -- The order information such as pricing, quantity, customer email, contact name, etc. will be retrieved from a database table. -- The content/template of the email can be customized. Such as the wording and format, our company logo, our signature, etc. -- The email needs to be correctly formatted to be viewed on computer, smart phone, ipad. I have also attached a sample email. If you can produce a rough sample to demonstrate your php skill, that would be very helpful. As we will have ongoing needs to customize and enhance our software. Thank you.
