PHP Function to add items to SalesForce Calendar

Hi, We totally understand that, every project has the specific budget and we need to work within that only to meet all business requirements. ==To give you a cost, I need to be sure on project scope and we both should be on the same page in terms of deliverable. As per our understanding, 1) We need to to write PHP Class where user will update the Items 2) Once Updated, Those items will be reflected in client's SalesForce calendar This is just our understanding, Please correct me or give more insight on the same. We have worked on environments of companies like “Deloitte” and “James Group of Marcus Millichap”. My recent projects consist of "Deloitte Access Economics" which is a part of Converge Health. Also, we have worked with company EnHasen Performance (Data Import, Data export, Reports, Dashboards) based on the Australia and Trinity System on their product RealtimePSO (Automation of Credit Card & ACH Payment method) based on the US.
