PHP script to automatically transfer a file located in web server to a shared Google folder

I need a php script that when I run it, it automatically reads a CSV file in the server (for example using a path from the server public_html/internal/[login to view URL]) and transfer the csv file to a shared Google folder.

This file should be overwritten every time the php script is run. That means every time php script is executed, the csv file will be updated in Google Drive folder.
