PHP Script to download from stream site

I search a freelancer to write a little script in PHP that simply load everything from a site to build a download command for a video stream.
- HLS and rtmp websocket video streams from [login to view URL]
My old script stopped working a while ago.
Currently I have problems to get the clientInstanceId, cid, pid for the stream url from the site/api.
The script should only build a linux command, that can start the download with rtmpdump, wget or ffmpeg.
