php websocket server.php and javascript jquery client in a browser

I need a php websocket server file written with full error handling and logging. I also need a javascript client that will go into a client webpage that connects to the websocket that's running on my php server at the time. I expect to see at the very least, [login to view URL] and client.html. The server is a CentOS 6 apache/php/mysql, LAMP server. The clients will send a name value of dataSend = "bid,auctionID,bidPrice" Bid = command (this way I can make new commands later if I wish) auctionID = this is a number of the auction they are currently bidding on bidPrice = the price they are currently sending as their bid You will need to make this look correct with JSON. The above is just an example I need full error handling for both the server and client. Server in php and the client in javascript in a normal html document. I will write the code in the server and client to handle the auction and connectivity to the database and so forth. I just need the client/server with code. You can use ratchet or write a custom piece I really don't care as long as it works on the server without using node.js. The server side php will run only when called to run. It will not run all the time on the server. Technically it will be called to run by a cronjob on the server. You are not responsible for any of that. You will need to write it on your own php server to test and debug. I require a way for me to see that the code is working for something very simple. Use [login to view URL] to send and receive dummy data to show it works. Even if you wish to record a video of it working is fine. I just need something before I pay. I need someone to get this done without me having to hold your hand through the process. Please don't ask for more money as we go. If you can't do it for this price don't say you can then ask for more later. That is happening a lot on freelancer now.
