php yii ver 1 development work

Looking for Freelance Php developers and UI designers to complement our core team building a global platform in local social ecommerce. The platform is being built using Php yii version 1.1.12 and responsive UIs (Bootstrap version 3). We are also doing agile development using Amazon web services. We are currently 60% code complete. We provide detailed wireline sketches, table structures along with requirements for each module/sub module. These specs will be provided through this platform to developers after initial screening of their competence/ experience. We usually agree on fixed payments based on module specifications and bids received. When the scope of work is not clearly defined, we are also open to try out freelancers on a fixed monthly compensation as well. Needless to say all orders/ payments will be routed through this platform. Developers required by us should have demonstrable past experience around e-commerce and social type of features/functions. We are based out of Hyderabad, india. Developers can however be based out of any city and we can work with them remotely.
